GHS Vintage Bronze 85/15 12-String Acoustic Guitar VN-12CL 10-46

I ran GHS silk & steel on my 1979 Yairi 12 string for many years as it was a bright guitar when I first bought it.
As it's mellowed with age, I decided to try a string brighter string.
I'm extremely pleased with these strings both tonally and the feel while playing. I mostly finger pick and sometimes strum with a pick and they work well with both styles. They have clarity and at the same time create a wonderful blend of all the 12 string nuances. I'm a big fan of GHS strings and use them on all my guitars. These are wonderful and I'd highly recommend trying them out on your 12 string.

Warm, rich tone without any of the harsh "jangle" typical of 12-strings. That suggest not only the right bronze alloy, but also just the right steel strings to create an excellent balance. They're lower tension than the Martin SPs I'm used to, and so easier on the fingers, and I prefer the tone of the GHS on my spruce/rosewood dreadnought.

Have only restrung one of three guitars with the new GHS Vintage Bronze strings but am enjoying the one completed. Finger movement on strings are good and quality of the sound on my Martin rings clear and clean. I would recommend these strings to others.
