Great service, not sure on one string

The service is beyond good here. I ordered 2 packs of D'Addarios and some stickers and a pencil. Everything came quickly, but the high E string of the D'addario regular tension Dynacore bubbled up as I tuned it. Seemed rough at the bridge. Not sure why. Nut and saddle notches are smooth..
