The Ultimate Acoustic Guitar Protector is made of a very soft and safe velvet for your instrument. Only to be used on instruments with well cured finishes. It fits most all acoustic guitar sizes including cutaways. Simply slide the cover over the back of your instrument until part of the top and the whole back is covered giving you immediate protection and comfort. You can leave the cover on while playing to protect from sweat and oils, added padding while transporting or leaving your instrument on a stand for added protection. Ruined les paul

Black totally permanently stained my Les Paul binding and top. Didn't buy it on here but beware of this product.

dangerous

I used to keep all my guitars in a black guitar protection cover.
Now I made the bad discovery, that the lacquer of these guitars
is damaged by traces of the black color of the cover.
The worse fact, it seems to be created by a chemical reaction
therfore it can't be polished out.
The laquer has to be renewed.
I am very angry about these guys who are selling such a junk.
