Nice Repertoire

This contains a great collection of songs at Grade 2 level. You can find examples of the songs online. I bought it from the RCM website before I discovered SBM.

The Royal Conservatory, Classical Guitar Repertoire and Etudes, Level 2

I had purchased the Prep and Level 1 books from this series and liked them. This one includes 14 etudes chosen from the Renaissance through the 21st century. I particularly like that these include contemporary studies not easily found in other classical guitar methods. Included too are varied keys, time signatures and compositional techniques- Contrapuntal, scalar, arpeggiated, etc. I love the additional literature these provide. They would be a great series for teachers to include to motivate their students as well as provide sight reading material for all level of students.
