Great for tuning down to D Standard

I was worried that the difference in tension between the low and high strings would introduce volume issues, but the opposite turned out to be true, at least for finger picking. The bass notes ring clear and true while the treble strings are loose enough to inject with emotion. Couldn't be happier with these on my Mule Mavis tuned down to D Standard.
