Fender 250L Nickel-Plated Steel Electric Guitar Strings 9-42

I’ve always liked 9-42 sets and that’s what my guitar was manufactured to take. The Super Slinkys are definitely louder, more durable, slightly stiffer and last longer. If you’re gigging they’re a good choice. These strings are more fragile but imho have more balanced musical harmonics and can also pull a less Brit rock more americana sound. The high e string is like a thread and can break just as easily unfortunately. I wish Fender sold 6 packs of 009s because these are even slinkier than slinkies. My hand sweat destroys pure nickel sets pretty quickly. The plating on these is pretty good and they last a reasonable while for how inexpensive they are.
