In talking with guitarists, RC Strings learned that many found a carbon first string was uncomfortable. So RC combined a clear nylon first string with carbon second and third strings and silverplated basses to create this set, which offers a unique blend of tone. The result is an excellent, rich response with the comfort of the nylon first string. And like all RC strings, the set receives anti-corrosion treatment at the factory in Spain.
