John Pearse 2100M 80/20 Bronze Wound Std Gauge Mandolin Strings 11-39

Love the guages, played gibsons same set for years, then I spent years trying to get it right, the mandolins changed too fast. . . I have an odd ball mandolin now, tons of changes and work, I like it for now, 1 1/4" nut and spread out at the bridge no finish on the top. These strings are perfect, 80/20s used to wear fast, these don't, way nicer than monel. Strings by Mail is just the best, so far they have had everything I've needed. . . John Pearse Strings are our favorite strings by far for both Mandolin and Guitar. Prefer 80/20, but the Phosphor are just fine. Have tried many, many others over the years but keep coming back to Pearse. It is good to have a reliable source for these, sometimes, hard to find strings.

I have used these for several years and they have great quality. I play hard every week and they last forever!
