John Pearse 720ML Phosphor Bronze Acoustic Guitar Strings Med Lt 13-52

After trying other strings, went back to and ordered these in light and medium light. The lights are on now. I finger pick to accompany singing. Very happy. The overall balance of low and high strings is perfect for picking and also strumming. Sounds just fine with capo. The lower strings (esp the E) are satisfyingly deep; upper strings are bright. Lots of resonance.

The 13-52 gauge strings really suit my playing style. The strings really have a great sound when new and are reasonably durable for an uncoated string set. I’ve been trying out various string gauges to find the one that works best for me. John Pearse was the only maker I could find with these particular string gauges in one set.

I have used these strings for years , I have 5 acoustic guitars and I used these strings on all of them, best part is the price, plus they got here really quick, thanks again.
