Solera Flamenca Alma by Vicente Amigo Flamenco Concert Strings, Medium

I've tried so many strings over the years. These are simply great, in every capacity.
Obviously, strings are a subjective lot, but all i can say is that my guitars REALLY respond to these. Thank you Solera!

Great strings

These flamenco strings are very good quality, and the sound they produce is truly unique—clear, powerful, and very well balanced. The tension is perfect, making them comfortable to play while still offering excellent response and projection. They feel stable under the fingers and really bring out the character of a flamenco guitar. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, great-sounding set of flamenco strings.

These strings are ok, but I actually get better intonation out of the less-expensive standard Solera Flamenca set. The main difference I can see is that these are a slightly smaller diameter across all of the strings except the first, compared to the standard set. This does allow for raspier basses, if you're looking for that. It may also be because my flamenco guitar has a 655mm scale length, and many flamenco guitars have a 660mm scale, so these strings could be great on a slightly longer instrument - pure speculation. However, on my instrument, I can get these strings perfectly in-tune at the open position, and then I get some really dissonant-sounding intervals at the 5th fret or higher. With the standard Solera Flamenca set, those same intervals sound sweet and in-tune. From a timbre perspective, the basses were fairly bright the first couple of days, and then mellowed down. The trebles started somewhat dark, and their character has remained the same.
