Tourte (Genuine), Round, Violin

There is no substitute for this mute. When the mute I used for the last decade got lost somewhere, I ordered what I thought was a Tourte round mute on Amazon. Would you believe that they were not only too thick to flex enough to put over the bridge, but they lacked the slots for the strings to get into the proper holes! Yikes, copy cat seller caught me out!
The great customer service from Strings by Mail got me the mute I needed a short notice before a performance. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
