Wegen Picks BN120B Rounded Triangle Rt Handed Black 1.20mm, One Pick

I have been using Wegen BN120 black picks for close to ten years. I am not a professional player but a Bluegrass rhythm guy. I play Martins and some other handmade dreadnaughts, mahogany and rosewood,
These are my "go to" picks. I have tried many others (including Blue Chips) but the Wegen BN120's give me the sound I want to hear and are easiest to hang onto while playing. There is a slight tone difference between the black and white model but not enough to argue over. Black ones are my favorite. Give Wegens a try. I think you will be satisfied.

I love wegan picks for my mandolin… triangular pointed not rounded

I’m a big fan of Wegen’s picks so I was excited to give this one a try. Wegen’s tones are unique and nice and dry. It’s certainly my favorite shape of the ones I’ve got. In between the MB and TF. Perfect for mandolin. I have to be honest and add the bevels were not as consistent around the three corners as I’d like them to be. Maybe I just got unlucky. That’s ok though, as a wegen fan, I’ll be buying more.

Very nice pick, good size, good shape. I’m not sure if I like this or the Wegen Dipper better. I’m back and forth on this. They both have nice tone and play well on the mandolin.

Second only to the blue chip. blows all other picks i have out of the water feel wise I prefer it but the volume boost and tone of the blue chip edges it out that being said your 75% of the way there at half the price
