Ergonomically these are fantastic picks. If someone is inclined to like having a thick pick in their hand these are the best I've found. I use them primarily for flat picking, bluegrass, folk, etc. They are the loudest pick I've played and give really nice tone along with the volume. There is slightly more pick noise than some brands of picks but it's hardly noticeable both picking and strumming. The material is very fast. The size and profile would suggest a clumsy inaccurate piece but it's just the opposite. I'd rate this pick as highly as the Bluechips I have for speed and every bit as accurate for fast picking. They are definitely worth a try.
