Cordoba Folding Foot Stool

Owned one of these. It fell apart.
Wish there were more wood choices for guitar footstools.

A very nice looking foot stool, lots of adjustment range. Only problem I have with it is that it slides around too much on smooth surfaced floors; I find myself chasing it around too much!

I own one of these and have had it for 10-12 years, but the one I own must be better than the one represented here, given some negative reviews. I thought it was the same. Anyway, the legs are 3/4x9/16 inchx10 1/4 inches long (4 legs), and the foot platform is 4 inches X 10 inches. There are 5 adjustment slots. It is held together with Brass screws, nut and nylon washers, and brass brace rods. Sadly, mine is fabricated from some form of intense, pressed fiberboard painted to look like real mahogany annual rings and all. Despite that fact, it has been wonderfully magnificent and still looks beautiful even with the few chips exposing its real self. I know this does not help, sorry. I do not have a brand name and it was probably made in China. I bought it from a shop that is no longer in business. I know where there, are several made of bamboo and real wood but cannot reveal where though. Sorry

I wanted a foot stool that didn't look industrial (like the metal ones) and would look good in my office. I have cherry bookcases and a desk so it fits right in. So far it seems sturdy and works like expected.

ah, I changed my mind. It's just not solid enough like my old heavy wood and iton one is. Ok, for traveling.
