Unique sound

These strings offer a warm sound, with clear basses and good projection. They are particularly good for Romantic guitars and even Torres replicas, which were designed to use gut strings.

I have been experimenting with

I have been experimenting with classical guitar strings trying to get the optimum volume, sustain and playability for a great while. Among the best so far are the Aquila alabastro and Cristallo .

Cristallo Normal Tension

I bought these for my Ramirez R4 and have to say these are the best Aquila strings. The trebles have a sweet but robust tone and possess excellent intonation and the basses don't overwhelm the trebles a bit.
