Excellent sounding strings

B & E treble strings have much more "musical" sound on my Saers S9 cedar; i. e. they ring out more than the "de facto strings that so many other people use" where the note decays much more quickly

The Best!

These strings are simply the best for my Navarro Tesoro! As a flesh player, they give me more volume and projection without being crass or metallic. They are beautiful and harp like in tone. I couldn’t ask for more. Thanks Strings by Mail for offering these strings for a fair price and offering a Veterans discount!

My New Standard

These are my new "standard" string, hands down.

I used the Leo Brouwer strings before these, and they were very good, but i think the Erithacus basses are better and my taste is leaning to pure carbon right now i think. These carbon sound significantly better than other carbons I've used.

Guitar is custom Spruce + Limba by François Laramée (No. 60).

True tuning is such a pleasure.

I've been playing Classical guitar for 30 years and have tried most strings both medium and hard tension, titanium, and special strings labeled "recording quality" but these Knoblochs are far superior to many I've used, and been faithful to. I immediately noticed the sustain with the first arpeggio! The bass strings are beautiful and the trebles are nice and bright and comfortable to play. I've had them on a few weeks now and the tuning holds well; most impressed with in-tune pitches at the twelfth fret and beyond.
