What instrument are they played on: Baritone Ukulele
Creator Description: Most fluorocarbon baritone ukulele strings sets I've found have tension either too low (e.g., Galli UX-780) or too high (Oasis "Southcoast") for my fingers. This string set aims to strike a nice middle ground by having enough tension for good projection, but not so high that it becomes fatiguing to play. The tension and tone are also balanced well across all four strings. The wound D and G strings are very durable, starting off bright and settling in nicely with a more rounded tone over time. These strings sparkle when strummed, but also retain good warmth when finger picked. They pull a bright, projecting sound out of my Flight Aurora spruce top and are my current favorite strings on this instrument.
