D'Addario EJ48 80/20 Bronze Classical Guitar Strings BNH-3B, Bass Set

These strings are the perfect mix of excellent tone and solid longevity. With a heavy practice schedule they stay bright for a month +. The bass sets are hard to find so I appreciated finding them here.

So far I like these on my old Yamaha. I've only used silver coated strings in the past and was curious to see if they had a different sound. They seem to be a little more resonant but that may just be because they are new. They do have more slide noise. We'll see how they last.

On my guitar, the strings sound warm (like their golden color) with a full sound and projection. When sliding a finger along them they seemed a bit squeaky at first but have since become more typical of a non-polished string.

I like their sound and recommend them.
