GHS La Classique 2394 - 4th string (D) .029, Single String

GHS recommended this string for reduced finger noise, but I still found it not quite enough for me.

I used this as a low G on a tenor ukulele. Wound low G's always wear faster than the unwound strings and this was a nice replacement for the low G the uke came with. Plus it was cheaper than some of the polished low G's that are marketed specifically for ukes.
