How to Buy Gift Certificates

You can buy gift certificates like anything else on our website either as a standard account with password or guest checkout.

For security reasons, we have to approve gift certificate purchases, which occurs within 24 hours on weekdays. Once this happens, we send you an email with a redemption code.

How You Send Gift Certificates

1. Log into your SBM account
2. Click the orange "Send a Gift Certificate" button
3. Fill in the fields, including the amount you wish to send, and click the orange "Review" button
4. Review the information you've entered to make sure it's correct
5. Click the orange "Send Gift Certificate" button

Our email to you also has a link to a webpage where you can print a paper copy of the gift certificate if desired.

How Recipients Redeem Gift Certificates

1. Add products to cart
2. Continue to Checkout and either login or continue as guest. Then scroll down and click on "Gift Certificates"
3. Enter redemption code
4. Once redeemed, apply the amount you want to you use. You do not have to use it all at once and it will never expire.
5. If there's a balance to be paid, use a form of payment
6. Click the "Confirm Order" button

If the gift certificate doesn't cover the full purchase cost, recipients can add other payment information such as a credit card number. If it's more convenient for recipients, they can place their order and redeem their gift certificate by phone.
