Description

This is one of the widest, thickest pre-formed nail available. Pretty much indestructable. This nail is different, and a bit more difficult to use than other pre-formed nails. It is recommended that you start with our other pre-formed nails if you're new at this, before using this one. This nail is designed for use with your thumb. And if you learn to use it correctly, (it's not really that difficult) it makes an almost indestructible, great sounding thumb nail.....no wrap needed. As with all other pre-formed nails, it can be cut and shaped to your own preferences. It's suggested with this nail, to use the "well" (the thin part of the nail at the base) for covering your natural nail, and the thicker part as only free nail. You can trim length before applying for more ease of application.

I love this product! Do

I love this product! Do they make entire sets of nails like this product?! This is the perfect thickness and durability for what I need (classical player) and it can withstand everyday, non-musical daily home activities.

Monster Pre-formed Thumb nail

I got my first fungal/bacterial infection under my thumb nail after getting an acrylic nail installed for 9 years.
After it healed, I installed the FX1 'Monster' and I'm VERY happy with it, so much so, I bought more.
I'm going to purchase some FX2's for the other finger nails just in case!

Great for Travis picking on steel strings

Great thumbnail for Travis picking on steel string guitar! I had one last over 2 weeks of playing 2-4 hours a day. They're really tough and have a nice tone.
