Thick and loud!

I tried these strings on a Hippner Freiderich guitar. They felt very thick to the touch. These Regal blues turned my guitar into a cannon but I was not particularly impressed with some of the tonal and expressiveness aspects. If you desire a loud projecting guitar, it can definitely do that for you but I have to admit I was happy to replace them with a set of my old reliable Augustine classic Blues.
