Creator Description: I've spent a lot of time with the guitar as it develops and comes into its own, and have developed my sound with it. This set of strings really resonates well with this guitar. Full Carbon E strings were a little too harsh , but nylons - though they sounded good (particularly Galli High tension) - just didn't quite get the point I wanted in the sound. I then began working with Dogal strings this past year, and wasn't 100% happy with the G, so I tried a carbon G. After trying this out, I loved it, and the only string that seemed out of place was the B, it lacked the presence the others had, so I went full carbon. I love Savarez Cantiga basses because they sound fantastic, and they last a long time (I can usually get 3-4 weeks out of a set).
