D'Addario ECG24-3D Flatwound Chromes Electric Jazz Light 11-50, 3 Pack

These strings are awesome. They have a warm mellow tone. The flat wounds are also smooth so the texture of the strings is not a problem. These string also stay in tune and last!

I have been doing business with SBM for many years and have nothing but praise for them across the board.
I became interested in using flat wound strings as a result of playing my L5 and thought I would try a set on a LP through a high gain amp. Very interesting, give it a try. Although I have used many different brands of strings through the years, D'Addario is my "go to" company. The ECG24-3D's are working out quite nicely. Give them a try.
