Developed by renowned guitar builder and master inlay artist Ron Thorn, the Maintenance Station Neck Cradle is a revolutionary guitar setup and repair aid. The self-aligning cradle rotates on an axis to provide full support to the back or front of the neck for increased stability during repairs or maintenance work.

In the UP position , the neck support’s angle can accommodate a wide range of body thicknesses while holding the guitar securely in place. Flip the neck cradle into the DOWN position to work on electronics or the back of the instrument—the neoprene pad keeps the guitar from moving and protects the frets from damage. Perfect addition to my tools

Love this product. What a great idea to have a flat side and v-side for flopping the guitar back & forth. Nice and sturdy too. Made string-changing that much easier for me.

Being able to order by phone is big plus for me

Used the guitar cradle I ordered, and really like it. I find replacing my guitar strings a somewhat unpleasant task yet. I feel eventually i will get the hang of it. I guess I worry about breaking the strings when I get to the tuning process. I look forward to ordering from you in the future. You have been so very helpful filling my guitar needs. Thank you.

Dunlop NC65 Guitar Neck Cradle

This is a good product. It would be nice if it were weighted. But otherwise it is among the best on the market.

Also, the first one I received had damage coming out of the box (a missing tab). Strings by Mail replaced it quickly.

Very much worth having.

For years I've sat on the floor to change my classical guitar strings - propping up the guitar's neck on whatever happened to be around and protecting the guitar from scratches the same way. After watching the video on changing strings using a neck cradle, I purchased one along with a bridge bib. Today I changed strings - standing up - at the kitchen peninsula, a beach towel under the guitar - using the neck cradle and a bridge bib. A much simpler and easier process. Highly recommend.
