Hannabach Super Carbon Trebles / Goldin Basses
The trebles (e, b, g) are made of a golden yellow Super Carbon fiber. They sound softer and warmer than conventional carbon strings. The basses (DAE) are characterized by a novel, high-density and highly resistant synthetic core. The Goldin windings are made of a newly developed golden yellow metal alloy (100% nickel and cadmium-free). The basses sound clearly and brilliantly.

Unbelievable difference from what ive been using

I absolutely love everything about these strings , except they only lasted a month , and are kinda pricey. If you have the money to spend , there is no reason not to try these . They go on easy , stay in tune , great intonation all over the fretboard , project , oozing warmth and bell like clarity . When Segovia said the classical guitar is like a whole symphony at your fingertips , I didn’t understand, now I do . They made that much of a difference .

Hannabach Goldin

It's bringing out a warmer sound in my Mazza guitar. Great definition in the bass and very responsive to right hand colorations. I can play without the port hole cover too!

Hannabach Goldin 725 MHT Classical Guitar Strings

I splurged and purchased these strings on the recommendation of the luthier who built my guitar and he was right; they really do bring out the best in his instrument; great clarity on each string, great balance and impressive sustain. Since I just put them on about 10 days ago, it remains to be seen how well they hold up over time. They only come in one tension, which, in addition to $$, is a factor to consider when weighing them against other brands such as my usual go-to brand (Knobloch). If you're on a budget then put them on your Christmas wish list, as I plan to do for my other guitars!

Beautiful Sound but Tension is 99 lb compared to D'Addario Hard at at 90 lb

I love the sound on heavily built guitars but I'm concerned the Tension is too high. They are 10% higher in tension than the D'Addario Hard J46. The Knobloch Medium tension strings are only 73. 9 lb. More tension is not always a plus. . . harder to play and more stress on the guitar. Also, I found they did not work well on lightly built instruments. . . I think they pulled the top out of the middle of its dynamic range.
