Excellent strings, stable with a clean sound

I love these strings. They are powerful and bright without being harsh. My only complaint is that my latest set came without a B string; it contained two G strings. But eveybody makes mistakes from time to time! (All 3 bass strings were there.)

I got the strings sooner than they said I would!

This is an excellent set of strings that delivers the kind of carbon treble sound I like from Hannabach Goldin strings but cheaper and more durable.

What turns out to be optimal balance on performance and playability are the normal tension trebles and the medium-high tension basses. Of course, that leaves the 7th and 8th strings for which I use a high-tension low E [usually tuned to a D] and a D'Addario .056 [tuned to either B or A].
