I replaced the strings that came on a Cordoba Stage model guitar because they sounded uneven ie. the low E, A, D strings weren't loud enough, a the G string sounded kind of dull. These strings are a definite improvement.

Really nice balance for my cedar top, which tends toward dark and sometimes muddy tones with nylon. Brighter than nylon and not as harsh and punchy as carbon. Great tone and feel for all strings.

After stretching the strings out and tuning, I played for 5 minutes and my wife remarked that it was the best she has ever heard my Thomas Rein cedar top concert guitar. I have tried dozens of strings, and these particular strings are very easy to play compared to carbon fiber, offer a rich palette of tones, overall nice strings. The price and made in USA all around make me a happy customer.
