Snark Air Rechargable Clip-on Tuner

The clip doesn’t fit on my Kamaka Ukulele as the headstock is thicker than the clip. Fortunately it fits on my Cordoba mini guitar headstock. I am disappointed as I use my Kamaka for performance and like the lower profile. I’ll be going back to the D’Addario clip on tuner.

I just purchased the Snark Air Rechargeable. So, far I like the design. It is easy to read. I love that you can change the orientation. The tracking seems smooth. I also like the profile on the instrument. It is like a better Snark Mini. I hate the swivel bar arm of the normal Snark and I usually like to just keep the tuner on the guitar at all times, so this functions well for me. The real test will be when it runs out of battery and how it acts as the battery runs out. The durability is always a test of time and see how it does over many gigs and getting bumped and banged up. But, so far, so good!

Handy and out of the way.

This chromatic tunner is very good and convenient but it fits a classical guitar standard headstock snugly and when completely open. It will degrade the guitar finish for sure, it should be 2mm wider to prevent that, that's why I'm giving it 4 stars...

very good looking and fancy...a bit bulky. But the huge problem is that it does not tune well! I have had specially a hard time when I most need it; on stage. the response of the tuning is very slow, and sometime it just stays giving you the wrong note for at least 10 seconds. impossible to do fat tuning. the great thing about it is that it works so bad that you just have to tune by ear, which anyways is what we all should be doing! definitely WAY over priced.
