For anyone tired of silver plated copper NYL031W wearing out so fast or sounding too bright and squeaky, this string is for you. For G3 on a tenor uke it pulls up at 13.4 lbs which is a little tight but still sounds much warmer and deeper than the silver wound. 10.3 lbs. for a D3 on a concert scale. There is no smaller diameter option in a bronze wound. For D3 on a Baritone it's perfect at 10.7 lbs. This bronze string lasts as long as you want it to.
