Excellent strings for the tenor Koa wood ukulele.

Strings are such a rabbit hole! I always ask a builder what they use with an instrument because they typically have tested many to get the sound they want. That being said
if you want to brighten a uke or mellow it, you can change the strings. I find that the Uke Logic are a great string for most of my needs. Many of the high end builders are using them. I find a uke with a hard wood back and sides like ebony or rosewood with a cedar top is amazing with these strings. I also have all Koa instruments and these strings work great with that as well. When in doubt ask the builder and if not try these.

My tenor uke was hard to play with the original strings. These strings made it much easier and they sound great to me.
