The biggest thing I noticed was how well the harmonics project from these, even from the 7 and 9 frets. These are my first polished bass set though so I don't have any other polished set to compare to.

I wanted to use Chicago tuning on a tenor ukulele so I was told to take a set of Romero Low Gs and move them up so that the G is on the 3rd string the C is on the second string tuned down to B and the E string is on the 1st string tuned to E. The A string in the set was not used. The 505p provided the low end 4th string tuned to D. It really sounds great and because it’s polished, no squeaks.

If you want to convert your Tenor Uke to Baritone tuning, this is the way to go.
