GHS H-10 Strings

The GHS H-10 ukulele strings are kind of dull sounding. They have a thick tone to them. No spark, so nothing to get me excited about.

Q: How can I know which string type my uke uses? I have an Aloha Model 214R.

A: Hello Bob,
The best thing to do is check with the manufacturer and get their recommendations directly from them. You could also check with a luthier for advise on that matter. Using Google it appears that your instrument is concert sized; most any set of concert strings will likely work fine for you with the material choice really being a matter of personnel taste.
