I play both a Picado

I play both a Picado model 54 and a 62, spruce face. The Knobloch 300 ADS (Actives Double Silver) on both instruments improve the voice of my guitars dynamically; long lasting, deep frequencies, and sonically better than Savarez and Daddario dynacores, which run a close 2nd, and these strings, by themselves are also very good.

Knobloch bass set

These strings are our standard replacement set. They have a bold, strong sound. We cannot recommend Strings by Mail enough. Their service is exceptional.

Knobloch for flamenco

Medium weight Knobloch strings with Actives trebles are the perfect match for my 2021 Andy Culpepper negra, with spruce soundboard and Panama rosewood back and sides. I learned about Knobloch strings during a workshop with Amir-John Haddad in Spain in 2018 -- "El Amir" was justifiably enthused about these strings, for sound, feel, and durability. They brought out the best in the two Manuel Bellido "negra" guitars he'd brought with him.
