Hand Polished Cantiga set of three strings D,A,E Bass Set, Normal Tension.
The polishing smooths out the winding and aids in the reduction of string noise.
Note: The technique of polishing takes away the silver plating slightly exposing the copper wire. As a result, the color may vary from silver to brown to gray.

Great String

I was very impressed with these strings right after putting them on. They have much less fret noise without sacrificing volume or tone quality like many other brands. They are very expensive for just a bass set but they really are fantastic. Good response, color, and less noise when shifting. I will definitely be purchasing these again.

Cantiga polished basses

Cantiga polished basses are always good, clean, hold pitch well. The fact that they are polished is important - eliminates most - not all, but most - of the squeak that is so annoying on other, non-polished strings. And they last a good amount of time. My favorite, although I've been told I just have to try La Bella Argenta. We'll see
