Oasis GPX Carbon - 3rd string, Normal Tension .033

My research brought me to the Oasis Carbon G for the most “nylon” sounding carbon G. Turns out to be true. The tonal palette across e-b-g is seamless. Its sound is brighter but not harsh, warm without the thud of the typical nylon G. The added String tension also improves the tonality of the set. Smaller diameter makes it easy to string up and play. Win-win-win scenario. It’s The single most noticeable and inexpensive upgrade anyone can do to their classical guitar. For reference, this is the perfect compliment to the Augustine Red string set that I favor.

The only 3rd/G-string I have found that doesn't sound thumpy on my Cordoba GK PRO Negra

This string was my last ditch effort for an unwound 3rd/G string. Surprisingly, it works. None of that non-musical "tubby" tone. It inspired me to replace my 2nd and 1st string with GPX Carbon trebles.
