Just what I needed, and quickly

I read many of the previous reviews about the difficulty of putting the strings on the guitar, so I bought extra high e strings. But I did not need them. I started with the low strings and discovered that they tuned up very, very fast. When I got to the high e string I only had to turn the tuning peg one and a half times for it to be in tune! So, I suppose that others simply turned the tuning peg too much and snapped the string. If I hadn't read the other reviews and carefully read the instructions on the package, I would have done the same.
I have the strings on a classcal cedar top guitar and the "steel" string sound is really great on it. It gives me a whole different sound-scape to experiment with and I am enjoying the new strings very much.

using on a classical guitar , wanted a bit more bite versus the typical nylon stings, very satisfied, got the sound i was hearing , recommend
