Jose Ramirez HT w/ Carbon 3rd Classical Guitar JRCH, Full Set

Took me awhile to finally put these strings on my 1991 Jose Ramirez which are the same strings the guitar was sold with back in 91. Let me tell you this is the best the guitar sounds scince I bought it 5 years ago. I had to lower action because of the high tension but sounds crystal clear , ringing trebles , deep great sounding basses , great strings stay in tune great and full rich sound.

The more they settle the better they sound. I’m very pleased with these strings.

I have these on a 'Dieter Hopf Gran Concierto and they are an excellent fit. The DH is built like a Ramirez. They are the string for this guitar. Quite expressive, warm, with bright qualities but not harsh. The balance is excellent and the feel under the fingers is superb.

Bottom Line: I tried a number of strings from famous companies other than Ramirez and my guitar was sounding good/OK but a bit dull. Added these Ramirez strings and the sound is significantly better. Almost like getting a new guitar. Tone is clean, loud, and crystal clear. I'm sticking with these for my classical guitars.

I started using these strings a few years ago and was floored by the sound they produce. They make everything you play sound like ancient Moorish Spain…just amazing. I use other strings such as Aquila for a baroque sound…also highly recommended.
