Hello, I would like to say my experience. I ordered a replacement B guitar string, however the one I received was defective. I immediately emailed the store, and they immediately sent me another B string. They were right on the ball, returning my emails. I've been using these for a few years. They give a wonderful sound on 4 different classical guitars. The tubing is quite stable.

Recently I got two wierd second strings that played 10 cents sharp at the 12th fret, but my supplier quickly replaced them with good ones. I love these strings.
