Worth Ukulele Strings Clear Fluoro-Carbon Herb Ohta Jr. Tenor Low-G

I like them.

Once tuned, these strings satisfy in both sound and feel, These are one of my favorite low G ukulele strings.

After trying numerous different sets of strings on my long-scale (19-inch) custom Vento tenor, which I prefer to play in B-flat major (F, B-flat, D, G), I have found that the Herb Ohta, Jr. set by Worth, combined with the Low G Wound string from La Bella that is marketed under its Pepe Romero line, is the best at reducing, if not entirely eliminating, the annoying buzzing sound that I experience over the first 4 or 5 frets. In addition, I am pleased with their clarity, balance, and playability. I only wish that the Ohta, Jr. set offered the option of a wound low G, instead of the included unwound low G.

I sure am enjoying these strings! I love the tone that they are giving me.
