Good set
Review by Daryl v. on 8 Nov 2024 review stating Good set As a luthier(builder), I always use feedback from my clients as they are the ones that use the strings more than me. I've built several guilele's this past year, and almost always turn to these sets when stringing the instrument. They are a little quieter than I would like, but they do have a great "classical" sound. The only issue I have with them, as well as my clients, is the wound strings seem to wear a lot quicker than you would suspect. I've seen them start to fray after minimal use from playing. I can't say for certain if it's a quality control issue, or an entirely different manufacturing issue like they aren't wound tight enough to resist fraying.
TLDR...good string set if you dont want to mix and match yourself, but have an extra set on hand.
