I’ve tried every single brand. I’ve tried other nylon strings, fluorocarbon and nylgut. These are best strings I’ve used since I started playing the ukulele in 2015. If you want that old fashion 1920s and Hawaiian sound these are the strings for you.

These are by far the best strings I have ever used.

These strings are among my favorites. Once settled (which happens very quickly) they hold tune better than most. Being slightly thicker (in particular the C string) means a possible modification of the nut slot, although they fit well on all but one of my instruments. Their tone is warm, but retains the brightness that I like on the G and A strings. I have had a set on my Kanele’a tenor for about a year (played most days) and they have not ‘dulled’ at all.
