These are the smoothest wound strings I have used, and they wear really well for me. I pair these with Aquila Granato treble set for my Cordoba Fusion. This set up gives me the true sweet acoustic tone and pitch up and down the fretboard with the feel that I prefer. I also get great tones with the B-Band A6T preamp on this guitar, The bass strings have a deep brassy ring without being harsh on the pa system at my church. One can easily impart a range of tones with touch/feeling, easy to reproduce. I have a set on now for nearly a year and they still sound great.

I've been trying out different strings every month for the last 18 months. I finally found a bass set that I'll be sticking with for a long time to come. They sound absolutely wonderful and the squeaks have gone away.
