La Bella 900 Golden Superior MHT Classical Guitar Strings, Full Set

I have only had the strings on for a couple of weeks, but they sound great and show no signs of wear. I practice several hours a day and need good strings.

These strings are smooth, as expected, and to my ear perhaps somewhat quieter than regular round wounds. They sound sweet and mellow, are just amazingly smooth to the touch, and they last a really long time.

I have had my set on for about a couple of Months now, with daily play, and no real signs of wear yet. They feel and sound as good as new.

I sort of miss the extra life (noise...) of regular rounds, but will definitely come back to these. Perfect for recording, or for guitars that don't get played that much and don't see new strings too often. Great price too.

These sound and feel great on a Frederiech Holtier spruce / satinwood concert guitar.

Fantastic set for the price. The bass strings are very smooth (flat-wound?), producing low string noise. The trebles are responsive and produce a pleasing tone, with a particular timbre I didn't know my guitar could emanate.

These strings also seem to last longer than regular strings.

Unlike some other brands, LaBella strings are packaged relatively loosely and I believe this allows them to settle in quickly. Another thing I like about about Labella in general is that you won't need to dick around with excessive packaging. To memory there is just one plastic seal within the card packaging, rather than an envelope and photo of Segovia for every single string *COUGH - AUGUSTINE*.

Some may not like the colour of this set. They seem an especially bright yellow against the white inner packaging, but look fine to me on a spruce guitar.
