First shipment did not arrive, but a second shipment was sent as soon as I notified you about the problem.

I could have bought these at a hardware store, but I chose to use Strings By Mail, which is a great service that makes my choices & purchases so easy. I have complete confidence in Strings By Mail and would rather buy there and pay shipping than buy anywhere else.

Selection and service are simply superlative. Online resources are excellent. Shipments arrive very quickly. My only wish is that Strings by Mail had a real physical store nearby, like in the old days. But then, of course, they’d have to change their name.

By far, the one and only classical guitar support that truly works, in my experience. Setup and installation of magnets is a bit tricky, but well worth the effort. No foot stool necessary anymore.
