I called with a problem that was created by the maker of the strings, not SBM, and they immediately took care of it to my satisfaction at their own cost. A good lesson in service as it cost them while I order more and more based on this trust.

I didn’t try it out yet but I got the best service! Pleased with suggestions provided and fast response! Just by looking at the string, I know it would produce a great sound compared to my old string.

Ordered this string after reading about it on Ukulele Underground. It's an inexpensive, easy to find substitute for use as a low G on a Soprano or Concert Ukulele. No need to change out other strings. Was pleasantly surprised at how good it played and sounded.

Excellent tone, great sustain. They complement my classical guitar.
