Q: PS. Sorry, my prior logic on these was flawed. Looking at the C string, the Tenor set is 30 mils and the Baritone set is 31.5 mils. The longer scale length of the Baritone would suggest a THINNER string, not thicker for the same tension. So I am puzzled, 31.5 mils seems too thick for a C and too thin for a G.
Baritones can run higher tension though. The same is seen in sets that have Concert and different Tenor sets. The Tenor set is often thicker as they are often higher tension.
BUT note the envelope marking (4th/G and 3rd/C) and as the reviewer said, the 4th string is way too sloppy tuned to a D.
