La Bella Strings

I have 4 guitars right now and get a long life out of La Bella strings. I like the slide on the bass strings without the zip sound.

quiet strings 908 & 910 La Bella

Nice on my baritone uke. Deep sound with virtually no finger noise. Thanks to Matt for recommending.

Good Low D Option for Baritone Uke

Matt at SBM recommended this as a polished gold option for baritone ukulele D string. It works well for me even though it is not quite squeakless (but almost). For D-G-B-E tuning on my baritone uke, I'm using this for the D string, the La Bella 908 Elite Classical for the G string, Savarez Alliance KF542J for the B string, and Savarez Alliance KF541J for the A string.

Q: Two questions:
1. Is this flat wound (anti squeak); like the La Bella 908?
2. Would this serve as the Low G 4th on a GCEA Baritone?

A: Hello Lan,
That string is a round wound string. It is possible that it would work as the low G but if you do decide to order it would be wise to get the fourth as well to verify what works better.
