Great On My Alhambra Blanca

These sound great on my Alhambra 8Fc Blanca Flamenco guitar. They have many voices, they can be soft and sweet and expressive as well as Flamenco percussive and passionate. They do take a good week or so to fully stretch out, but that's not a problem for me. Once stretched and stabilized, I think they have a beautiful tone on this guitar.

827HT is the way to go!

I have been using mid tension string for a long time including the Hannabach and I really liked them. I chose to use the 827HT and I absolutely loved them. I realized that I also get less buzz on my Flamenco Negra. I find the HT gives me more resistance and more tactile feedback which I enjoy when I play. I know this is a matter of preference but for my guitar and playing ability these string do a great job!

Sound fabulous on blanca

These Hannabach strings sound fantastic on my Jellinghaus Blanca.

It's my first flamenco guitar and the second set of strings on it.
To my ear, these strings made the guitar come alive sonically (projection and tone) and the playability is great.
Aesthetically, the red trebles compliment the inlay work on my guitar.

The guitar came strung with a new set of Savarez Corum/Crystal 500CJ hard tension strings. They were OK.

At first, the diameter of the high e on the Hannabach set seemed a little smaller then the Savarez. Used to it now.

My next string test will be the D'Addario EJ25B Flamenco Guitar Strings with Black Trebles.
I do have a second full set of the Hannabach Flamenco 827HT Nylon Guitar Strings, as well as a bass set. Until something sounds better to me, these will be my baseline strings.
